1. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes.
2. Boil until you can pierce through the pieces.
3. Clean, and cut up the carrot.
4. Steam carrot and turmeric (and salt if included) until soft all the way through.
5. Combine ingredients and hand mash with a fork.
6. Serve.
7. Store the remaining portions in your Kiddo Feedo Freezer Tray and freeze until solid.
8. Defrost portions as needed.
